I use Panoxyl soap One was to clarify acne on face and back and it worked well, but it dries my skin a lot. I'm almost out of it, so I decided to try something else, so I bought Clearasil face wash. I also use Clinique skincare and neutrogeana body scrub for my acne on my chest and back. You may be allergic to certain foods, you get an allergy test if you are. could you eat something you are allergic to break out. also drink lots of water and stay away from stress. It helps a lot. and work out if you care to take a shower after so dont get out of the clogged pores.
